Jean Menges, Nancy Torres, and Larry Pesta, who are BioGeometry Home Solutions Practitioners (from Tampa, New York City and Phoenix respectively), co-coordinate BioGeometry review discussion groups for BioGeometry students around the world.

WHERE AND WHEN DO THESE GROUPS MEET?
Our discussion groups are usually scheduled at the beginning of each month from 8:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. EST/EDT (NYC Time) for 75 minutes on Zoom. This time has been set up to accommodate our USA students. If you are not in the USA, please research your time zone to make sure it accommodates your schedule. Here is a helpful link to do that.

WHO CAN ATTEND THESE GROUPS?
Foundation Level students can attend the Foundation Level discussion groups. Advanced Level students can attend both the Advanced and Foundation Level groups. You must first sign up (providing your appropriate Certificate of Attendance/Completion) for our monthly invitation list. You will then receive an email stating that you have been added to the appropriate list in a few days. Once on the list, you will then automatically start receiving invitations to discussion groups. You do not need to submit your certificate each time you attend a session. We will have you in our permanent file.

I DON'T HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE/COMPLETION?
You should receive your OFFICIAL Certificate of Attendance via email from BioGeometry in Egypt in a few weeks after finishing your class. Save it! You will need it for other BioGeometry classes and events. When you have received this certificate, you are able to sign up for our discussion groups. YOU MUST SUBMIT A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE IN ORDER TO BE ADDED TO OUR MAILING LIST via our website. We do not have computer access to BioGeometry records in Egypt and adequate staff to handle emails back and forth with Egypt, and this is our only way to easily and quickly validate your course completion. HOW DO I APPLY FOR YOUR MAILING LIST/MONTHLY INVITATION?
It's simple! Just submit the required information along with your Certificate of Attendance on our website. You will then be placed upon either our Foundation or Advanced mailing list as appropriate. We will verify by email that you have been added to the invitation list which usually takes a few days. AN INDIVIDUAL ATTEMPTING TO SIGN UP FOR A SESSION WITHOUT GOING THROUGH OUR APPLICATION PROCESS (which indicates someone shared this information with you) WILL BE BLOCKED FROM ATTENDING ANY DISCUSSIONS IN THE FUTURE ALONG WITH THE PARTICIPANT WHO SHARED THEIR LOGIN OR INVITATION INFORMATION with you. WE MONITOR OUR GUEST LISTS VERY CLOSELY. Why? We honor Dr. Karim's work and insure that anyone participating in our groups has the educational right to do so. We also honor the financial investment that BioGeometry students have made to their BG education.

CAN'T I SIGN UP WITHOUT AN INVITATION?
No, our meetings are private. Our guest list is monitored very very closely to make sure that only verified students of BioGeometry who have completed the appropriate courses attend our sessions. We make sure that we have the necessary Certificate of Attendance before they are added to our invitation list. Unauthorized attempts to sign up for our sessions are blocked and any donations are not refundable.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR ACTUAL SESSION REGISTRATION?
Once you receive an invitation, you can actually register up until two hours before a discussion group begins, but seating is limited. In other words, registration is closed by our software two hours before a session begins. Therefore, It is suggested to sign up as soon as you receive an invitation to secure your spot. BioGeometry is getting very popular. Our Zoom sessions are limited to 100 participants.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THIS?
There is no charge for our groups, but we do accept donations to help cover costs. Making a donation helps with the rising costs of Internet bandwith, software expenses, website and Zoom fees. It enables us to research and secure interesting guests. When financially feasible, it will allow us to contract with Zoom for the ability to have larger group attendance. Thank you for your generosity!
We also believe that donations provide an important energy exchange between our services and participants. We are excited to begin our 8th year in 2026. BioGeometry is exploding with popularity! And we are so happy to be a small part of it.
If due to financial reasons you need free access, contact us by requesting a "free pass" at least 24 hours before the session begins. This is absolutely no problem! -
HOW WILL I KKNOW THE LOGIN FOR THE ZOOM MEETING?
We use EventBrite software. An invitation will come from EventBrite approximately two weeks before a session. A Final Call email will be sent 5 days before a session to our email list if there are still seats available. This Final Call email is sent to the entire list even to those who have already signed up. so don't panic if you have already signed up. After securing a ticket to attend a session, Eventbrite will send you a receipt. Move down in that receipt, and you will find an orange button "View the Event." This will take you to the event's main page. Login information is on the very bottom. The same login information will be sent to you two hours before the session and again ten minutes before the session. It's just that simple.

CAN I SHARE MY INVITATION AND LOGIN INFORMATION WITH MY FRIENDS?
Our agreement with BioGeometry requires that each student proceeds through our registration process in order to attend our sessions. This makes sure that students are qualified for the discussion groups they attend. Our participants prefer this kind of group. It builds community and supports richer discussion and sharing. Hence, sharing login information to others not on our email list is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and anyone who is discovered sharing or securing invitations or login information to or from others is promptly removed from our invitation list as a security measure.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN INVITATION AND OTHERS HAVE. WHY?
Not all students receive invitations at the same time via Eventbrite. Invitations are usually sent out 14 days before sessions begin. They are then sent out slowly over the next 24 hours. This is followed up by a Final Call email around 5 days before the event begins. Don't panic if you have already signed up and receive an invitation again! Reminders are sent to the entire invitation list whether you have signed up or not.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We are happy to refund your donation by request if you cancel at least 24 HOURS previous to a session. That is no problem at all. You will be responsible however for EventBrite's service fees. This is usually a very small amount.

ARE THE SESSIONS RECORDED?
All of our discussion sessions are LIVE and are not recorded nor distributed. This insures that only qualified participating students participate and honors Dr. Karim's work. It also insures that we are following various state laws regarding the need to secure permission before recording individuals.

IS SEATING LIMITED?
Yes, seating for our discussion groups is limited. Therefore, we encourage students to sign up early. Currently, we can only accommodate 100 participants including discussion leaders and special guests. Your donations help us to expand our work in the fruture.

HOW DO I GET UPGRADED FROM THE FOUNDATION TO THE ADVANCED EMAIL LIST?
You should receive your OFFICIAL Certificate of Attendance for the Advanced level via email from BioGeometry in Egypt a few weeks after finishing your Advanced class. Save it! When you have received this Attendance Certificate, you are able to sign up for our Advanced discussion groups. YOU MUST SUBMIT A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE IN ORDER TO BE ADDED TO OUR ADVANCED MAILING LIST via our webstie. There are no exceptions! 500+ students have been through our application process, and it wouldn't be honorable to them to make any exceptions.

I UNSUBSCRIBED FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST. CAN I BE REINSTATED?
Yes, send an email to us, and we will reinstate you. IF YOU HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED, YOU WILL NEED TO USE A NEW EMAIL WITH US. Eventbrite handles our email list and due to security reasons an unsubscribed email cannot be used again. Providing us with a new email is necessary to be reinstated.

IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ZOOM AND SIGNING UP FOR A SESSION?
Yes, please use the same email you used to proceed through our application process when reserving a spot, etc. This is your identification with us! Thanks!
